Join the dd89 VIP Program and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience
How does the dd89 VIP Program work?
Many online gaming platforms offer VIP programs, but dd89's is built a little differently. Every bet counts — not just the big ones. Whether you're playing slots, Live Casino, crash games, or Sports Betting, loyalty points keep adding up.
Point accumulation rates may vary slightly by game type, but as a general rule a set number of points is added for every BDT 100 wagered. Once you reach a tier, you keep its benefits for that month, and maintaining the required activity will carry your tier into the following month.
Good to know: New members on dd89 enter at the Bronze tier immediately after registration. Points start accumulating from your very first deposit.
How do you earn VIP points?
Earning points on dd89 is straightforward. Play daily and your points build up steadily. Participate in special events and earn bonus points. Certain games and promotional periods also offer double or triple points.
Many players assume VIP status requires heavy spending. In reality, consistent daily play gradually builds your points, and reaching Silver or Gold tier is very achievable. Stay active in your daily sessions and check the promotions page regularly so you never miss a bonus point opportunity.

Cashback System — Weekly Protection
The dd89 VIP cashback system is genuinely designed to protect your bankroll. If you have a net loss in any given week, a set percentage of that amount is returned to you. It starts at 3% at Bronze tier and goes up to 15% at Diamond.
Say your net loss for a given week is BDT 10,000 and you are on the Gold tier. You would receive 8% cashback — BDT 800 — credited directly to your balance. That amount can be used for new bets or withdrawn once the relevant conditions are met.
Important: Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday morning. No claim required.
Dedicated Manager — Redefining Personal Service
Platinum and Diamond members each get a dedicated account manager. They don't just handle support — they learn your preferences, put together custom offers, and resolve any issues as a top priority.
Standard support can sometimes take time, but VIP members can reach their manager directly via live chat or message — even at 2 AM. This level of service is what sets dd89 apart from other platforms.
VIP Events & Tournaments
From Gold tier onwards, VIP members get access to exclusive tournaments with bigger prizes and fewer competitors — because entry isn't open to everyone. dd89 also hosts special VIP events during cricket season, Eid, Puja, and New Year, with major prize pools up for grabs.
Platinum and Diamond members may also receive invitations to offline VIP events, held on special occasions. Invites are sent directly through your manager.

Can your VIP tier go down?
This is a common question. On dd89, VIP tiers are determined by monthly or quarterly activity. Once you reach a tier, you keep it until the next review period. If your activity drops below the minimum threshold within that window, your tier may go down by one level.
No need to worry though — dd89 always notifies members in advance about what it takes to maintain their tier, via manager outreach or email notification.
Easy Deposits & Withdrawals via Mobile Banking
Deposits and withdrawals on dd89 are available via mobile banking, net banking, and various e-wallets. VIP members benefit from faster processing and higher withdrawal limits. At the Diamond tier, daily withdrawal limits are significantly higher than standard accounts — a real advantage when you win big.
No hidden fees on withdrawals. VIP transactions are prioritized, so you typically won't have to wait.
Why is dd89 VIP the top choice for players in Bangladesh?
Dd89 is a well-known name in Bangladesh's online gaming community. Bengali-language support, local payment methods, and on-time payouts are what matter most to players here — and dd89 delivers on all three.
The VIP program is designed so that regular players benefit too. You don't have to be a high roller — even playing a little each day builds up points and gradually moves you to a higher tier.
